Your automatic ticket in the app
In the event app, you can conveniently access your ticket and your public transport pass in the ticket wallet. Simply log in to the app with your Koelnmesse account, which you used to purchase your ticket.
The app additionally enables you to efficiently plan your trade fair visit. Here you will find hall maps and navigation, exhibitor and product lists, the event program, and you can network with other trade fair participants.
Your ticket as a download
You will also receive your ticket as a PDF file in the order confirmation. You can also load the ticket into the wallet of your mobile device via a link in the email.
A separate email will send you the ticket for public transport. You can also retrieve the ticket and fare at any time under "My Orders" in the ticket shop.
Would you like to forgo the benefits of the Koelnmesse account and app? If so, you can alternatively purchase a ticket on-site or redeem a ticket code.

The INTERNATIONAL HARDWARE FAIR is a trade fair. Koelnmesse GmbH reserves the right to conduct suitable trade visitor inspections on site.
Children and youths
Children under the age of 12 accompanied by their parents are admitted free of charge.
Children aged 12 and over require a ticket for the event.
Accompanying pets
It is prohibited to bring dogs and other pets to our fair grounds.
Trade visitor definition
Visitors must be able to provide proof of their trade visitor status when acquiring their entrance tickets.

Travel ticket
You will receive your free travel ticket in a separate e-mail. For use of the public transport system please print out the PDF file in size A4 or download the PDF file to your mobile device.
The ticket (2nd class) is valid for public transport in the VRS-Network of the Verkehrsverbund(opens in new tab, external website)
Exempted are trains of the Deutsche Bahn AG subject to a surcharge, e.g. the IC/EC or ICE.
The public transport ticket only provides authorization for arrival and departure in the context of a visit to Koelnmesse GmbH within the indicated period of the trade fair. It is non-transferable and only valid in connection with a valid photo identification and an admission ticket of Koelnmesse GmbH.
