Build-up period
Construction must be completed by 08:00 p.m. on Monday, 2. March 2026 (ANPASSEN). The aisles must be completely cleared by this time.
The time for stand assembly may only be extended after an written application has been submitted to Koelnmesse and the extension is approved. Such extensions are subject to a fee.

Dismantling period
The stand may not be partially or completely cleared, nor may exhibits be packed away, before 5:00 p.m. on 6. March 2026 (ANPASSEN). In the event of any infringement, Koelnmesse GmbH reserves the right to impose a contractual penalty of up to Euro 5,000.00 and/or refuse the exhibitor permission to participate in the next event.
Dismantling must be completed by 12:00 a.m. on Monday, 9. March 2026 (ANPASSEN). The aisles must be completely cleared by this time.

- Set-up must be completed by 8.00 pm on Monday 6 March 2028.
- The aisles must be completely clear by this time.
- An extension to the set-up period is only possible following a written application and assessment by Koelnmesse – subject to a fee.
- The stand must not be cleared, either in whole or in part, nor may exhibits be packed away, before 10 March 2028 at 17:00.
- Any breach of this rule will result in a contractual penalty of up to 5,000.00 euros.
- In addition, admission to the following event may be refused.
- Dismantling must be completed by 12.00 on 13 March 2028.

Plan your journey in advance, avoid unnecessary waiting times and ensure that setting up and dismantling go smoothly.
