EDRA/GHIN brings the world of DIY together

Its members include 225 DIY companies with over 34,000 shops in 78 countries. Its members create over 1.6 million jobs and generate a total turnover of around €360 billion. EDRA/GHIN consists of two symbiotic associations, the European DIY Retail Association (EDRA) and the Global Home Improvement Network (GHIN).

FWI Fachverband Werkzeugindustrie e.V.

The Fachverband Werkzeugindustrie e.V. (FWI) is the association of tool manufacturers in Germany and thus the central representation of interests for companies in the industry. We currently support around 150 member companies. The German tool industry generated a total turnover of over EUR 5.9 billion and employed more than 35,000 employees in 2022.

The Central Association of the Hardware Trade (Zentralverband Hartwarenhandel e.V.), Düsseldorf, is the professional association for the medium-sized specialist trade in the hardware sector, which is made up of specialist retailers and the production connection trade, PVH for short. As an industry association, we are committed to promoting medium-sized trade. Hard goods is the collective term for a variety of goods and product groups, which primarily include the assortments of hardware, tools, fittings, screws, fastening technology, safety technology, lawn mowers, household goods, glass, porcelain/ceramics, cutlery, do-it-yourself supplies, fitted kitchens, large and small household appliances, sanitary articles and occupational safety.
