Mr. Michael Wilmes

Michael Wilmes studied economics and entrepreneurship in Cologne and California. Following various stations with start-ups like myTaxi and start-up consultation, he decided in 2015 to carry out a C2C logistics crowdsourcing research project with the Ministry for the Economy, Innovation, Digitalisation and Energy of the federal state of North Rhine-Westphalia and the Rheinischen Fachhochschule. With his experiences from the project, he founded myDaylivery GmbH together with partners and initially concentrated on B2B long-distance business. A platform strategy was quickly pursued and the business expanded with e-commerce and B2C. The third pillar of the company is its own mobile shopping platform with a linked shop-from-store concept including delivery-on-demand.
