Thermo Proof Wood - series

The TOX Thermo Proof Wood is a robust heavy-duty stand-off installation system for timber-frame or timber construction with insulation. The stainless-steel hanger bolt with internal hex drive enables flush mounting, while the continuously adjustable Iso Spacer insulation sleeve with a large contact surface prevents pressure loads on the façade. The system is available in three lengths for common insulation thicknesses of 60 mm, 80 mm, and 100–120 mm.

The TOX Thermo Proof Wood Mini complements the range as a lighter version for timber-frame buildings with wood-fibre insulation boards of 50–80 mm. Thanks to flexible connection options – M10 external thread, M6 internal thread, or screws with a 3–4.5 mm diameter – it is suitable for a wide range of light-duty applications. Here, too, the continuously adjustable Iso Spacer sleeve ensures safe installation without stressing the façade.

Together, both systems offer flexible, precisely adjustable solutions for varying insulation thicknesses and load requirements in modern timber construction.
