SLTO/SLTR lamellar flap disc zirconia alumina

The SLTO/SLTR zirconia aluminium lamellar flap disc achieves high removal rates on hard and tough materials and is an efficient alternative to a grinding disc. The disc is particularly suitable for deburring, fettling, derusting, smoothening and processing weld seams. Thanks to its multi-layered abrasive coating, the lamellar flap disc is always as sharp as when it was first used: when the upper flaps wear, fresh abrasive coating from the flaps below is exposed. This ensures a long service life with consistent work quality.
The lamellar flap discs are available in a straight (SLTO) or dished (SLTR) design.
