Thanks to its tool geometry, the Purple Grain Easy offers more application possibilities than a conventional tool and allow for easy, reliable and robust working. As part of the LUKAS iQ series, the Purple Grain discs were developed for high-performance applications.
Particular on hard materials, the Purple Grain Easy displays its full potential and impresses with its simple handling. The integrated glass-fibre reinforced backing pad eliminates the need for an additional backing pad. Its innovative design provides for even wearing, while overheating, embrittling or grain shredding are prevented. Its deep offset zone means that working at a flat angle is no problem at all.
Unlike the fibre disc, the Easy disc does not require backing pads or special clamping nuts. It is also a lot more robust – simply Easy.
Unlike a mounted flap disc, the Easy is highly aggressive even at the slightest pressure, no flaps need to be removed – simply Easy.
The Purple Grain series also features self-sharpening ceramic grain. This enables sustained, aggressive cool grinding coupled with low contact pressure. Purple Grain tools promise aggressive grinding down to the very last grain.
