Heller introduces the new 4Power Pro SDS-plus hammer drill bit with four cutting edges
Heller Tools GmbH, a leading manufacturer of tool accessories for the construction industry, is the most experienced manufacturer of drill bits with 175 years of expertise. This experience can be found in the new 4Power Pro SDS-plus hammer drill bit, which was launched on the market in October. With this new high-performance four-cutter, Heller is strengthening and expanding its core expertise in hammer drilling and offering its customers improved performance and durability.
Compared to its predecessor, the 4Power Pro has a number of new features and benefits. One of the most important innovations of the hammer drill is the exclusive carbide with the patented double centre point. The tip enables greater stability when drilling and a longer service life in concrete and reinforcement. The optimised carbide alloy improves the wear resistance of the drill bit by a factor of two, while the improved carbide geometry makes it three times more robust on reinforcement.
In addition to its robustness, the 4Power Pro SDS-plus is particularly characterised by its speed. With its four cutting edges and four helixes, the drill bit offers improved performance and enables faster and more efficient work. In addition, thanks to the new head geometry, the product achieves a 10% faster drilling speed than the previous version in concrete.
The 4Power Pro SDS-plus is available in diameters from 5 to 25 mm and in working lengths from 50 to 950 mm. Heller therefore offers its customers greater flexibility for various applications.
