Early build-up period for EISENWARENMESSE - International Hardware Fair 2026

We would also like to inform you that during the extended build-up period the freight lifts can be used only on request. The invoice for the advance set-up will be charged exclusively to the exhibitor after the trade fair. Invoicing to a third-party company is not possible. If you wish to use the lifts in Halls 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 11, please contact the company we have commissioned, RAD Sicherheit, 5 days before the start of construction, either yourself or through your stand construction company. The lifts may only be put into operation by employees of Koelnmesse GmbH or companies commissioned by Koelnmesse GmbH. The costs for using the lifts are included in the price.

Furthermore, we would like to point out that the halls will only be air-conditioned from the official construction date, 25.02.2026. We expressly point out that set-up at an earlier date than the official set-up date of 25.02.2026 is at the exhibitor's own risk. Koelnmesse GmbH accepts no liability within the scope of the statutory provisions.
