New to the programme was the interactive EISENworkshop. In a stylised workshop, craftsmen and creators presented their skills live and shared practical tips, tricks and life hacks with the audience. Thanks to live broadcasts, social media streams and active visitor involvement, the craft was presented in a contemporary, tangible way. Exhibitors were able to participate in particular by integrating their products and presenting them effectively in an additional showcase.
