CSC continues to set its footprint to China. We work with a factory who won the honor of Top 10 Rubber Hose Enterprises in China for seven consecutive years. For the promise of high quality rubber hose, the investment on equipment is lasting. So far, we have Italy OMAwire winders, Germany MAYER braiding machine, Italy BIMAL impulse test machine and series of testing equipment to ensure on hose quality.
As the production skill gets mature, we bring ourselves to next level by including more items in our product line such as Supreme Braided and Spiral hydraulic hose, which has the advantages of longer service life, low bending radius (30% lower than DIN/SAE) and high pressure (25% higher than DIN/SAE). Supreme Braided hose meets ≧600,000 impulse test. Supreme Spiral hose meets ≧1,000,000 impulse test. As well as obtain certification from Mine Safety and Health Administration(MSHA), American Petroleum Institute (API 7K/16CD) and American Bureau of Shipping(ABS).
