Magic switching caulking guns with dripless on/ off switch
At the end of the year 2022, we roll out our two kinds of unique multi-patented caulking gun, SGD and SRD series. They have different switching system, 9:1&18:1 thrust ratio (SGD) and 12:1&24:1 thrust ratio (SRD). With this quick switch thrust ratio system, users can apply a wide range of materials only on one caulking gun.
How to use this system on SGD and SRD separately?
9:1 & 18:1 thrust ratio (SGD series)
Using it as a viscosity switch mode
• 9:1 thrust ratio: suitable for low viscosity materials (e.g. latex and silicone)
• 18:1 thrust ratio: suitable for medium viscosity materials (e.g. PU sealant)
Using it as a weather switch mode
• 9:1 thrust ratio: applying silicone in summer
• 18:1 thrust ratio: applying silicone in winter
Originally, when applying silicone, only switch to 9:1 thrust ratio can extrude out the materials easily. However, when applying it in winter or lower temperature, temperature drops will influence that the sealants becomes stiff and hard to extrude it out, then switching to a higher thrust ratio will help you to dispense it out at ease.
Besides that, we design a whole new 3-stage drip/non-drip system on it. Depending on user’s preference, you can choose the mode (drip/non-drip) you favor during caulking.
1. Switch to 0, keep materials dripping
2. Switch to 1, suitable for 18:1 thrust ratio preventing materials dripping
3. Switch to 2, suitable for 9:1 thrust ratio preventing materials dripping

Using it as a viscosity switch mode
• 12:1 thrust ratio: suitable for low viscosity materials (e.g. latex and silicone)
• 24:1 thrust ratio: suitable for medium viscosity materials (e.g. PU sealant)

• 12:1 thrust ratio: applying silicone in summer
• 24:1 thrust ratio: applying silicone in winter
Quick switch 3-stage drip/non-drip system
1. Switch to 0, keep materials dripping
2. Switch to 1, suitable for 24:1 thrust ratio preventing materials dripping
3. Switch to 2, suitable for 12:1 thrust ratio preventing materials dripping
Depending on the range of viscosity you are applying, there are the suitable switching ratio system that you can choose!!
New design detachable cartridge cutter on it
Cartridge cutter is an important tool for simply cutting the cartridge nipple and nozzle. With it, you no longer need a utility knife. A safer cutter that allows users to cut the perfect angle and won’t hurting hands easily. To make it more convenient, we design a detachable cutter that can be assembled on the push rod. It can be an optional choice of ladder hook option. Without bringing a cutter, it comes in handy when you want to cut the cartridge or nozzle during application, just open the cutter on the push rod. Users can also detach it from the gun and use it individually.
Multi-patented functions on it
1. Patented no trigger gaps design
If there is too much free play on the trigger, it will automatically have no free play on the trigger. Even though it's used for a long term, the trigger has still no free play. It means when we squeeze the trigger, the sealants will immediately extrude out.
2. Patented 360° rotary type of steel argon welding carriage
Due to the patented washer design, its carriage and handle can be rotated at 360-dregree. When caulking meets around corners, you can easily rotate it at any angle so as to smoothly caulking without interruption.
Besides that, we also have the sausage guns that can be chosen.
It’s equipped with patented quick fit & toolless plunger system.
⭐What is the QUICK FIT & TOOLESS PLUNGER SYSTEM advantages?
A square piston is designed to easily assemble the 2-in-1 plunger without using tools to remove the nuts. When you need to use sachet pack sealant, only using hand to place the honey-cone shaped plunger (2-in-1) to the square piston, then you can apply it. Remove the 2-in-1 plunger, it can be used with cartridge. Another benefit is it's more environmental since the honey-cone shaped plunger enables to dispense all the materials out without leaving the rest.
