Worthtek Introduces New Insulated Adjustable Torque Screwdriver Compatible with Slim Bits
Designed for Precision Control, Safety, and Efficient Operation in Confined Electrical Applications
Worthtek, a professional hand tool manufacturer, today announced the launch of its new Insulated adjustable torque screwdriver, developed to provide electrical professionals with greater precision, safety, and ease of use in demanding working environments.
The screwdriver features a torque adjustment mechanism positioned at the end of the handle, allowing users to clearly view torque values and adjust settings with less effort. The adjustment port is specially engineered to work only with a dedicated adjustment rod, effectively preventing accidental torque changes during operation and ensuring consistent fastening accuracy.
In addition, the screwdriver incorporates a patented forward and reverse rotation function, enabling both tightening and loosening operations to be performed using the same tool. This design eliminates the need to switch screwdrivers when removing screws, improving workflow efficiency on the job.
A front auxiliary support shaft is integrated into the design to help reduce operating effort and enhance control, especially during high-precision or repetitive tasks.
The new screwdriver is available in torque ranges of 0.5–3.5 Nm and 1.2–6 Nm, covering a wide range of professional electrical applications.
The tool is fully compatible with Worthtek’s newly launched VDE Slim Bits. Featuring a compact design for easy portability, the slim bits are manufactured with a parallel insulated slim-type coating, making them ideal for use in confined spaces such as electronic mechanisms, terminals, and other narrow electrical assemblies, while maintaining full insulation protection.
