In year 1979, NCG Tools started as parts manufacturer for riveters, suppling parts to many companies making riveters at the time and sometimes providing our technical expertise to help them solve their technical issues.
Finally, after seeing many cases of riveters ruined by bad design decisions or hampered by the pairing of sub-standard parts with our parts, we decided to offer complete riveter solutions that are well-engineered and with high quality parts throughout the tool in year 1983.
Gradually, we transitioned from only manufacturing riveter parts to the export and sale of completely finished riveter products. And as our export and sale of riveters grew, we expanded our facility and shifted all our manufacturing capacity to focus on the production of our own products.
In keeping with our belief of continuous improvement and innovation, we acquired new technologies and capabilities, such as 3D CAD (3D modeling), for in-house research and development of new products. The use of new technologies helped us to further apply our belief that the quality of a product should be, first, designed into a product and finally, manufactured well.
