The Pro Line includes models ranging from approx. 3.5 kW up to 7.5 kW - an exceptionally wide range for silent inverter generators. This allows the platform to address everything from home and RV applications to construction sites, mobile workshops, emergency operations, and small commercial facilities. The lineup covers the entire market demand and even introduces a new tri-fuel model, complementing the gasoline and dual-fuel (gasoline/LPG) versions already available.
One of the key engineering achievements is the density of functions within a compact body. The new Pro Line integrates features typically spread across several categories of equipment: dual-fuel and tri-fuel technologies, ATS readiness, parallel operation, CO-alert safety monitoring, Smart Power Control (app + Bluetooth), a high-resolution Digital Controller, fast-charging USB ports, a Battery Charging Port, and dry-contact external control — all in a chassis that remains surprisingly portable.
Smart Power Control is standard across all Pro Line models. Through Bluetooth connectivity and the dedicated mobile application, users can monitor power output, load, fuel consumption, runtime, as well as control start/stop and ECO mode. This capability transforms the Pro Line from a standalone device into a connected system that fits naturally into modern professional workflows.
The integration of an external control interface further expands the application range. Installers, rental companies, and site operators can now integrate the generators into hybrid energy systems, backup infrastructures, and external automation devices. The new Battery Charging Port deserves particular attention. Traditionally, reaching the internal battery of a generator requires removing covers and accessing tight internal compartments — a time-consuming and inconvenient process. A notable addition is the redesigned top and bottom geometry of the housing. Special structural slots allow multiple Pro Line units to be safely stacked and stored, while units are also designed to be parallely connected, or even paired with compatible K&S power stations.
Under the housing, each model is powered by a proprietary Könner & Söhnen® engine, developed under German supervision, EURO 5 compliant, KS-encrypted, and individually serial-numbered. These engines were optimized specifically for inverter operation, ensuring frequency stability, higher efficiency under variable load, and extended service life — particularly in dual-fuel configurations.
The Digital Controller has been completely re-engineered. The new display provides detailed operational insight: voltage, frequency, output load, runtime, service reminders and system warnings. CO-alert technology continuously monitors carbon monoxide concentration and alerts users to unsafe conditions — an essential feature for enclosed or semi-enclosed environments. An integrated LED work light enhances visibility for nighttime operations, on-site maintenance or emergency scenarios.
Despite this expanded functionality, the Pro Line maintains low noise levels. Improved airflow architecture, repositioned insulation zones, and a redesigned muffler allow the units to deliver high power outputs, including up to 7.5 kW, while keeping acoustic emissions within the silent inverter category.
The Pro Line is built for demanding professional use, but equally suitable for private customers seeking premium, reliable equipment. It supports RV travel, events, film production, mobile medical stations, field laboratories, off-grid environments, and any application requiring clean 230V power from a compact, transportable unit.
