Choosing a development partner for my eCommerce platform can get rather complex. There is the great risk of betting on the wrong horse and end up losing a lot of money or having to invest several times. What criteria need to be considered in order to make the right decision and compare the respective risk factors against each other?

The critical decisions start with the selection of the right system – one that allows me to get started and is also scalable over the long term. Which agency or service provider is right for me personally and as a company? At what point do I know whether my service provider is doing just what’s required or proactively advising me and helping me move forward?
