Purchasing tickets – Here’s how

You can buy your admission ticket at your convenience at the Ticket Shop. You can download and print out your ticket as soon as you have ordered it.

The proof of purchase will be sent to you by post.
 

Please print out the e-ticket (in original size, black/white) and bring it with you to the trade fair.  You no longer have to queue at the ticket office and register at the event.
 

Please note that e-tickets are personalised and thus cannot be transferred. For a return/exchange of the e-ticket, the right of withdraw applies in accordance with Section 7 of our General Terms an Conditions.

At the Ticket Shop, you can pay only by credit card.

First register at the Ticket Shop. In the column on the right-hand side, you will find the function “Redeem voucher”. Enter the code printed on the voucher in the corresponding field.  

Please note that vouchers are always assigned to a certain type of admission ticket, e.g. voucher for day ticket (see note on the voucher).      

Using all types of public transport in Cologne
With your e-ticket, you can use all types of public transport of the Rhein-Sieg Transport System for free (only in combination with your identity card).

Advanced Ticket Price
Tickets ordered at the Ticket Shop will cost the advanced sales prices including 27.02.2010, . You can order tickets via Ticket Shop until 03.03.2010 Be aware that you will have to pay the box office price from the day the Trade Fair starts.

The catalogue can be ordered in the Ticket Shop. You will then receive a pick up ticket. The catalogue will be picked up in the entrance areas on presentation of the pick up ticket.

If you are travelling to our fair from a country whose citizens require a visa for Germany you will need an official letter from Koelnmesse. To enable us to formulate this letter as precisely as possible, you have to provide us with various details. An order form is available online.

Please complete all of the points listed there. We will then send you the official letter by fax and will also forward a copy to the nearest German consulate in your country.
Would you please inquire about the entry requirements applying to you (e.g. visa requirement) in good time before you come to the event. Would you also please carry out the necessary formalities yourself. Koelnmesse will accept no responsibility if you do not receive a visa or do not receive it on time, or if you are unable to travel to the event due to other reasons.

The Ticket Shop is optimised for use with Internet Explorer (from 5.0) and Firefox (from 3.x).
